Has anyone else been following the story about Caster Semenya, the runner whose gender is in question? Apparently after performing really well at some competitions (and having some more masculine physical features) people began to speculate as to her "true" gender. She underwent a blood test, chromosomal test and a gynecological exam, and the test results are in, but not yet released.

Fatigue

I have always been a hard worker and have done lots of physical jobs and handled many long hours, so I feel like I know what it is like to just be "regular" tired. Lately, however, I have been getting this overwhelming fatigue at times. It feels like I literally need to just lie down on the floor, and it's almost physically impossible to hold my head up. Have any of y'all ever run into this? What can you do about it?

My new nephew can't tolerate a ghost of a hint of cow milk protein in his mother's diet. (It doesn't seem to be a lactose sensitivity, and he can tolerate the casein in his special formula, but no whole milk proteins.) She is living by herself right now and wants hassle-free eating.
